Terms and Conditions for Room Rental:
Mei's Asian Bistro Restaurant can accommodate 150 or more people for lunch or dinner, for any corporate or social functions you may have. We do also offer patio seating that can accommodate another 50 guests or more. The restaurant offers an excellent social atmosphere for that special event. With a warm and upscale surrounding it is the perfect choice for the selective dinner or party planner.
The restaurant is available for meeting/banquet room rental between 11:00 am - 4:00 pm on Monday - Friday and 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm on Saturday and Sunday (lunch hours) and between 6:30 pm - 10:00 pm on Sunday - Thursday (dinner hours) for up to 30 people. All food and beverage prices are subject to 20% service charge as well as 9% Virginia sales tax for food (4% Arlington, 5% Virginia). Mei's Asian Bistro is a smoke-free restaurant. Patio seatings is designated for the smoking area. Please call us for the
availability of time slots.
All food and beverages must be purchased from Mei's Asian Bistro and consumed on property during functions. Mei's Asian Bistro will not be held liable for any food items that is removed from the functions space and results in spoiling or illness.
The client or organization hosting the event will be responsible for any damaged, stolen or lost equipment or furnishings. Mei's Asian Bistro reserves the right to inspect and control all private functions and does not assume responsibility for items lost or stolen from dining room, patio seating, hallways and public areas.
10% deposit is required when the reservation is made. If the event is cancelled within 10 days the deposit is non-refundable. Full payment is due 24 hours prior to the function. All major credit cards and corporate checks are accepted. |
