The restaurant’s mission is “To become a giving member of the community by using the restaurant to improve the quality of life in the Northern Virginia Region.” Mei’s Asian Bistro provides people in the area with a taste of Chinese, Japanese, and Vegetarian cuisines that reflect health conscience menus.
We have attempted to be flexible and allowed our patrons to customize the dishes to fit each individualized taste and preference. You can customize your order based on preferences for the degree of sodium and oil utilized and the intensity of the spices. Additionally, you can request for more ingredients to be added such as shrimp, meat, or vegetables to complement your appetite. You have the option of being served brown or white rice with your dishes.
When you order on-line or over the phone, you can either customize the time to pick up your order or the standard pick up time is normally 30 minutes after placing your order. Please note that during the restaurant’s peak hours that you may experience some delays.
Mei’ s Asian Bistro’s innovative ordering approach(on-line) guarantees freshly prepared dishes at discounted prices. As a time savings factor, we also offer the curbside pick up concept, which represents a drive thru.
Our motto is not all about making money! The amount of time that was spent, the risks that were taken and the pressures to make it just “perfect” meant that we would not just settle for the average. “We believed it was worth it to take a chance and become more innovative in the industry. The decisions were heartfelt and this venture was more than just about creating a business, it’s about bringing the best of friendships, trust and understanding together for the community to enjoy.
